Doteira Games is hiring a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us grow the audience and community for an upcoming campaign-driven board game project.

This role starts at 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours over time based on performance and business needs.

Above all, we need someone with excellent written communication skills. This is a hands-on hybrid marketing role. You may help run and optimize Meta ads, support social media planning and content, engage with our community on Discord and BoardGameGeek, assist with marketing campaigns leading up to crowdfunding, and help manage community communication during the crowdfunding period. The role may also include convention and event marketing, including occasional paid travel to conferences or booths.

We are especially interested in candidates who write clearly, think creatively, and genuinely understand hobby board games. Familiarity with campaign board games is a strong asset. Crowdfunding experience is also a strong asset, whether on the marketing side or as an active backer.

This role can be a fit for a junior marketer, recent graduate, co-op student, or someone with early hands-on experience in digital marketing, community management, or content. 

Candidates in the Lower Mainland or Kelowna area are preferred for occasional in-person meetings and events, but strong remote candidates will be considered.
